We headed to the pumpkin patch in October for our second annual trip with the Fulkerson-Smith’s. This year we stay much closer to home.
Family photo! Oliver slept through the whole thing!

The boys rode the train with Aaron & Brett.
The boys are always willing to hug on command. It’s adorable.
Playing in the hay.
Jackson climbed up a huge slide all by himself! The kid has no fear!
For my last trip during this pregnancy, we took a train to Kansas City for Jill and Kyle’s wedding. Unfortunately I didn’t get any photos of Jill and Kyle. But here is one with the beautiful bride and I!
I love this picture!
Love my KV!
Three baby bellies, small, medium and large!

A puggle (not Plato) found the lid to the baked beans.
We miss our old neighbors. It was nice living next door to a great family with a little boy Elijah’s age. So we always look forward to times when the boys can get together to play. The boys had a blast one Saturday in June playing in the pool and eating popsicles.
They are great about hugging on command!
Jackson enjoying his popsicle.
As Elijah would say “num num”
Elijah adores baby Kennedy. He loves to hold her and kiss her when she comes over.
I had to throw this one in. She looks terrified!
The boys love to hug! They are so sweet.
We had Elijah’s 2nd birthday party in our new house this year. He loves trains so of course we went with a train theme. Below we are opening a few pre-party gifts so the kids could all play with train sets.
He is very excited!
The cake, all edible fondant over a banana cake with vanilla buttercream.
The cupcakes were chocolate with peanut butter buttercream. Mmmmmm.
Elijah’s best buddy Jackson arrived and they quickly got down to business.
Baby Kennedy slept through the entire party.
Kids playing outside.
Jackson blowing bubbles with daddy.
Cousin Jack playing with trains with his mama Megan.
Elijah’s new friend Katherine playing with play dough.
Her new sister Megan, just hanging out.
Blowing out the candle. Afterwards he said, “more”. He wanted to blow it out again!
Cousin Andrew hanging out with uncle Ron.
Choo choo book!
Jackson and Elijah hugging, adorable!
Elijah also loves airplanes, so we got him an airplane fork at MOMA. He loves eating with it.
Elijah is always trying to play with Aaron’s tools so we got him his own toolset. Jackson and Elijah has a blast checking them out.
Grandpa Guy giving Elijah a ride in his new wagon!
The Saturday of Easter weekend we went to the All Aboard Cafe to celebrate his cousin Jack’s 3rd birthday. It is a brilliant concept, a whole restaurant about trains! All of the kids sit at the counter and a little train drives around and brings them their food. Elijah was fascinated! He actually sat in this chair all by himself.
Here is Jack the birthday boy and his train cake (made by me).
Better shot of the cake…
